Duncan Cooper (c. 1813 – 22 November 1904) was an Indian-born Australian cricketer who played for Victoria. He was born in India and died in Paddington.
Cooper made a single first-class appearance for the team, during the 1850–51 season, against Tasmania. From the opening order, Cooper scored four runs in the first innings in which he batted, and a duck in the second.
